Daytime Tai Chi and Qi Gong Classes

Energise your body and mind with daytime Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes. These classes are suited to those unable to attend evening classes, or those people with flexible working hours and those free in the daytime. Tai chi and Qi Gong work to mobilise the energy within the body developing overall health, flexibility, strength, balance and grounding, stress relief and increased energy.
