


Next Beginners course: Qi Gong and Meditation
Monday, 16th January, 7pm - 8.30pm
£108 for 12 week course
Develop strength, health and energy in these weekly sessions focussing on Qi Gong and meditation.
Classes consist of:
• warm ups and stretching - to release energy blockages
• deep breathing exercises
• Qi Gong sets (see below for current material)
• meditation
CURRENT MATERIAL
• Baduanjin (8 Pieces of Silk Brocade): performed to invigorate and strengthen the whole body
• Ershibashi (28 Step Qi Gong): soft and flowing movements based on Tai Chi
• Swimming Dragon: coiling movements to stimulate energy flow throughout the body
With time, students can progress and deepen their understanding of both Qi Gong and meditation.
